‘Spring’ fuses the elements of traditional Chinese instruments (guzheng and xiao) with a modern feel (percussion) to create a fun and lively sound. Lee has long wanted to incorporate elements of her Chinese culture into her musical work and ‘Spring’ was the result of a fun experiment to see how the different sounds could blend.
